Terms of Service

Last updated: 1 November 2026

These terms govern your use of xyvora.ai ("the Service"), operated by Your Name (Proprietor), trading as Xyvora ("we", "us"). By creating an account or purchasing access you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

xyvora.ai is an online dashboard that helps freelancers manage clients, projects, tasks, time, invoices and expenses. It is provided as software-as-a-service through your web browser.

2. Accounts

3. Payment and licence

Access is sold as a one-time payment for the Freelancer plan (₹999 in India, $19 elsewhere) or the Agency plan (₹2,499 / $49), plus any taxes shown at checkout. Freelancer users can upgrade to Agency by paying the difference. Payment grants a non-transferable licence to use the Service for as long as we operate it, including updates we release. The Agency licence covers up to 5 people in one workspace, managed by the purchaser. Payments in India are processed by Razorpay; international payments are processed by our reseller and merchant of record, who handles applicable sales taxes.

4. Your data

You own the data you enter. We store it only to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy of invoices and tax information you create. xyvora.ai is a tool, not tax or legal advice.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service: no illegal activity, no attempts to access other users' data, no reverse engineering, and no automated scraping or excessive load.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. If we ever decide to discontinue the Service, we will give at least 60 days' notice so you can save your data.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us.

8. Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in your city of business have jurisdiction.
