If xyvora.ai isn't right for you, email support@xyvora.live within 7 days of your purchase with the email address you signed up with. We will refund the full amount. No questions asked.

How refunds are paid

• Refunds go back to the original payment method (UPI, card, netbanking or PayPal).
• We process refund requests within 2 business days.
• Your bank or payment provider may take 5–7 business days to show the refund in your account.

Cancellation

xyvora.ai is a one-time purchase, so there is no subscription to cancel. When a refund is issued, access to the paid dashboard is removed.

After 7 days

Purchases are non-refundable after 7 days, except where required by law or if the Service is unavailable for an extended period due to our fault.
